Overall, the food has been consistently good, the prices are very reasonable, and the professionalism of your staff reflects well on the establishment. I would say that my regular waitress Natalie is amazing and I would like to recognize her because she truly elevates the overall experience. We enjoyed our time at Frankie's. Pizza was delicious and the service was great. May, the manager, made us feel very welcome. We will definitely stop again if we get back to Dallas.

Natalie and Maricela are the best! Every time i come in they come and greet us and are so sweet! We always get amazing service and not only is the service great so are the food recommendations! This has turned into one of my favorite places because of them and I will continue to come back!

We went downstairs to The Underground and had the best service from Natasha! She recommended the Not-Cho Typical appetizer and she nailed it—wonton chip nachos with sweet chili were worth returning for. Her service was spot on. Highly recommend!!

The atmosphere is laid back, casual. Food is exceptional with a full bar and great food options even veggie pizza! The staff were cordial and timely. I had a young gentleman box up my pizza! Service oriented people! Highly recommend this place. Thank you staff!

This place is interesting It looks sketchy, but when you walk in, you will change your mind; it is full of energy and life. Food?? It is just amazing; it came fast and taste delicious. the staff is very friendly and helpful I can say my experience with Frankie’s was amazing, and I'll recommend to anyone who wants the experience of being with the downtown area and seeing what they have available My score is 10 of 10. The waitress was so friendly, "Frankie." I strong recommend this place

Came for lunch and had a good experience! The bar is in a good spot downtown with lots to do around it. They have a pretty solid beer selection as well with a lot of good Texas beer. The food was also good! Not too expensive and they give you a ton for what you pay for. The boneless "wings" were great...although they were more chicken tender then wing lol!

If you may be coming to watch the World Cup 2026, the perfect venue! Even after it is over, inside the bar, many screens to follow the sport scene. They have good food menus and it tastes good! The staff service is friendly and sharp. Looks like many events are organized, too. I came here to watch the World Cup, but if I lived here, I’d be coming here frequently!
